Spray Foam Insulation

Spray foam insulation systems have long been acknowledged as among the best insulants available on the market. It is an extremely versatile system for use in both commercial & domestic buildings. Sprayed foam can be applied internally or externally, giving a seamless, thermal barrier that seals air leakage & drafts to give a complete airtight, warm & efficient home or workspace.


Industrial and Commercial Roofing

External grade , high density closed cell foams can be applied to virtually any roof. The foam is spray applied in a seamless , monolithic layer insulating and completely sealing all joints, laps , bolt heads and fixings etc.

The sprayed foam is then further protected with the application of a high performance elastomeric weather coating , this work can be carried out with minimum disruption to production below and not only insulates , weatherproofs and eliminates condensation but also saves energy and reduces the carbon footprint of any building , all in one treatment.

Internal grades are also available for both new and existing roofs for insulation and airtightness , these are Class 1 fire rated to BS476 part 7 and can be upgraded to Class 0 with the addition of an intumescent coating.


Domestic Roof & Wall Insulation

Sprayed to the underside of slate or tiled roofs , between joists on flat roofs, under accessible floors and on the inside of solid walls on refurb projects such as barn conversions ,closed cell sprayed foam truly is a versatile product that is BBA and Local Authority Building Control approved.

Where specific U-Values are required to comply with building regulations we can calculate the thickness of insulation and supply these calculations for Building Control.
